Friends of Arts Mandalay recognized the urgent need for a new approach to arts training during an era of disruptive change in arts traditions. Now we are working to save the rigorous and splendid arts of the Myanmar Pwe, and to present them in all their glory to wider audiences.

  • $1.500 provides a one-year scholarship for a talented student from the countryside for immersive professional training
